Do I have to follow the study plan?
No. Once you purchase FastForward, you have access to every lesson in all subject areas. You can try any lesson you’d like. However, we recommend starting with the pretest and following the study plan, or, if you plan to take all lessons in a course, starting with lesson 1.1 and working your way through in …
Where should I start?
We suggest you pursue your studies in the following order: language arts, social studies, science, and math. For each subject, we recommend that you begin with the pretest. The results of your pretest will determine a study plan for you, available on the course page.
When can I start?
You can start now! Just go back to this page and select the option is that is right for you!
Can I use the course on my smartphone?
Yes! All text, videos, and quizzes in our courses work on all major mobile devices.
What if I don’t have a computer at home?
You can log in from anywhere you have internet access. Check with your local library, learning center, or community center to see if they have computers you could use. You may also log in using a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet.
Do I need internet access?
Yes, the online courses require you to be connected to the internet.
What if I’m not finished before my access expires?
You can extend your course access at a reduced rate.
How long does it take to complete the course?
You may purchase access to FastForward for either 6 months or 12 months. These are self-paced courses so each learner’s experience will be different. The time it takes depends on your individual needs and how much time you can devote to study.
How much does KET’s FastForward course cost?
FastForward consists of four online courses that cover math, language arts, science, and social studies. You can purchase just one course or all four courses.
